KLNE exhibited in the UK at Ecobuild in London and this was the first time that KLNE had shown in the UK. The show was a resounding success with the KLNE team dedicated to UK sales meeting many prospective customers and creating high levels of interest. In addition to introducing the Sunteams range to the British audience, it was important in another way.
Alex Ai, the Sales Manager for the UK said, "It was important to meet potential customers and show our product range but it was also important to show people that despite our being Chinese company, there was no language barrier. Many potential clients feel apprehensive about calling a Chinese company fearing that they won't be understood or that they won't understand the person they are speaking to. At KLNE, we all speak good English and also have international staff. We have native British and Europeans working alongside us. People can call with confidence knowing there is no language barrier."
KLNE also began its search for distributors for the UK. Said Wison Qi, Sales Director, "Our favoured business model includes involvement with a strong local element. With this in mind, we are starting to look for companies to become our UK market distributors. We invite all companies who are interested to contact us."
