Current Trends in Weathering of PV Modules

May 18, 2010, Chicago, IL - Atlas Material Testing Technology is pleased to announce that it has received accreditation for the solar collector testing program at its Arizona test facility, DSET Laboratories by the Solar Rating and Certification Corporation (SRCC). Atlas successfully passed an onsite audit to SRCC Standard 100 “Test Methods and Minimum Standards for Certifying Solar Collectors”. SRCC Standard 100, along with ISO 9806-1, 2 and 3 standards- “Test Methods for Solar Collectors” has been added to the current ISO 17025 accreditation scope.
Atlas Material Testing Technology has taken a broad leap forward in the solar energy industry, introducing the Atlas 25PlusTM test program for determining the durability of photovoltaic modules, combining state-of-the-art instrumental and outdoor exposure testing.

This, the 4th ATCAE will focus on the durability of materials, components, and systems for the solar energy industry. It will take place December 8 - 9, 2009, at the Point Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort in Phoenix, Arizona.
