Completed the order for upgrade to 40 MW production plant (from the previous 20 MW) at Cappello company (Ragusa – ITALY), which has brought besides the throughput increase, also the new solutions introduction and a custom-made configuration based on tight facility space.

Completed the expansion of the plant for the crystalline module production of 50 MW (from the previous 25 MW) at AV Project company (Avellino - ITALY), which has brought besides the throughput increase, also the new solutions introduction and a custom-made configuration based on customer needs and production spaces. With nr. 4 SPIRIT stringers, a total capacity of 2.400 cells per hour, AV Project becomes one of the main Italian producers.
Completed the development of the plant for the crystalline module production of additional 10 MW (13 MW total) at Cappello Alluminio company (Ragusa - ITALY), which has brought the production capacity increase and the introduction of new automation solution, in order to achieve higher quality levels and production cost reduction. The reconfirm of 2BG as partner in the production increase confirms the strategic choice and investment in research to develop new solutions and services.
Installed SPIRIT BIPV Tabber&Stringer for the crystalline modules production with architectural use at Energy Glass company (Como – ITALY). This Tabber&Stringer allows the cell series creation, which are out of the standard range, fully customizable in spacing and size up to a maximum string length of 4500 mm. The remarkable flexibility has helped to reduce all the management costs related to non-serial products with a considerable decrease of breakages and production times.
The line, delivered at the ex factory of ELECTROLUX, has been working since last December with a production capacity of 25 MW and by the end of next May it will be completed and the production will be at full speed.
2BG s.r.l. and SOPREC Solar have signed a contract for the supply of 15MW module production line. This turn-key plant will be delivered and installed in the new Algerian facility at the beginning of May. 2BG s.r.l. was chosen after a careful analysis of several competitors by SOPREC Group, building construction leader with its 4 different sites, considering 2BG s.r.l. the ideal partner for the realization of the current and future project.
At the beginning of January 2BG has signed a contract for 15 MW automatic turn-key plant, it will be delivered on May to a Slovenian company. 2BG was selected among several international suppliers thanks to its high quality manufacturing lines and services, which help the customer to enter in the pv market with the newest technological systems in very fast time.
